Having an account on Jamesrax.art means you will be able to add artworks to your wishlist, follow and get updates on your new works added, benefit from exclusive offers, negotiate lower prices on certain works with James...

 To create your account, click create an account  in the top right corner of Jamesarax.art homepage.

You will then be asked to fill in your email address and click "Create an account". You will then be asked to specify your first and last name and to create a password.

Do not hesitate to take advantage of this opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter as well, by ticking the last box.

>Deleting an account

For whatever reason, you may wish to delete or temporarily deactivate your Jamesarax.art account.  To do so, simply send us your request by email to customers@jamesarax.art

>Forgot your password?

 If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. We will ask you to enter the email address you used to create your account and will send you a temporary password so that you can log in to your account and reset your password.

        >Negotiating the price of James artwork

        You can negotiate the price for all artwork over €500 on Jamesarax.art. To make an offer on an artwork, go to contact form and enter your price that you propose.  You will receive an answer by email, within 24 hours.
        If your offer is accepted, you will send u a discount code using a shareable link which is valid for 48 hours on the work(s) concerned. The discount code associated with the link applies automatically to your next checkout cart with the product you want to purchase.

            >Ask for a personalized dedication from the artist

            You can request a free personalized dedication from James on the work or works you acquire. 
            To request a personalized dedication  go to the contact form and write "PERSONALIZED DEDICATION". Simply enter the first and last name (or even the nickname) of the person to whom the dedication should be made. And then like any other order, you finalize your purchase by going to your shopping cart. The artist’s dedication will be written on the back of the work.

              >Advice from James who is an architect too!

              -Are you looking for a very special piece of art for your interior? you had your eye on piece of art and u are wondering if it is the good on? You are hesitating between several artworks, the choice can be difficult because of  the price, the size, the color, the decoration, the space
              - Send us photos  of your interior. Tell us about the work you  your All photos will be destroyed automatically within one month . Do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail 

                >Means of payment

                To pay on our Jamesarax.art, you have different options:

                Secure payment by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

                Payment by Paypal: you must have an account 

                Payment by bank transfer: we accept payment by bank transfer from all countries with no limit on the amount.You can choose to pay by bank transfer by sending the total amount to the IBAN we send you. Select the payment by bank transfer option, then follow the instructions until your order has been taken into account.You will receive an email with your order summary as well as the instructions to follow when making your transfer. Note that your order will only be validated upon the receipt of payment. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment.

                  >Error message during payement

                  Promotion, Discount, Gift-card

                  >Pay using a promotional code

                  To apply a promotional code to your order, simply go to the payment section. You just have to enter the promotional code and click OK. The discount is automatically applied to your total. If the discount you wish to use cannot be applied to your purchase due to a minimum required amount, expiration date, or if the code was already used, or if you made a mistake when entering the discount code, an error message will be displayed.

                  >Welcome offer on your first James Arax artwork purchase

                  If you’re about to make your first order on Jamesarax.art, James would like to welcome you with a special discount!

                  To take advantage of this offer, use the discount code found in the very first email  sent you. Now go to the payment section and enter it in the discount code or gift card box. Then click OK. The discount will be automatically applied if your order meets the minimum purchase amount.

                  Offer valid on your first order only, €200 minimum. Offer cannot be combined with any other discount or ongoing promotion.

                  > Pay using a gift-card

                  Do you have a James signature Gift Card? You can use it for any order made on Jamesarax.art within 12 months of the gift card’s purchase. James signature Gift Card are valid throughout the site and can be combined with current promotions and discounts.To use James signature Gift Card ard, go to the payment section and and type the 6-digit gift card code. Click OK to apply it and the gift card amount will be applied to the total of your purchase. If the amount of the chosen work(s) is higher than the amount of your card, you simply have to pay the difference via any of the payment methods offered on the site.Please note that you cannot use yourJames signature Gift Card more than once. Its full amount must be used in one transaction.

                  Shipping and Delivery

                  > Protecting the art during shipment

                  Each work of art being UNIQUE and we make every effort to ensure that the works you order are sent to you quickly, in a totally secure, protected and insured manner, thanks to our collaboration with the most reliable carriers and adapted to the format and to the fragility of works of art to be transported whether by plane, boat or road.


                  We deliver the works all over the world. For shipments we call on several providers and carriers according to sizes, destinations. We select the most suitable transporter for the type of work (size, weight, material) and according to the country of destination, with the constant concern of optimizing the protection of the work throughout the duration of the transport. We use carriers such as LA POSTE, DHL or UPS. For extraordinary transports (out of format, very fragile, ...), we call on carriers specializing in the delivery of works of art.

                  > Terms of delivery 

                  You will be given the dispatch date of your package via email. Using the provided tracking link, you will be able to follow your package throughout its route. Our parcels are delivered to you in person, against a signature. If you are absent for the delivery, a notice will be left so that you can pick up your package at the post office or at the nearest collection point, depending on the carrier. If you ordered several works by James Arax, they will be delivered in one or two parcels, depending on the specificities of the works. Note that if you if you benefit from the service white glove delivery, another delivery date will be given to you.

                  > What it is White glove delivery? anywhere in the world. 

                  For a purchase more than 7,000€ and whatever the delivery area in the world,  we offer you a "white glove delivery" service. We use a specialized transporter of artworks which will provide you with this high level service:

                  This service manages both door-to-door delivery. For the final stage of your art shipment you can request that the piece will be unpacked and installed in the room of your choice. Our art white glove delivery service accommodates a diverse range of art transport requirements, catering to both complex installations and the assembly of works. Once installed,  the packing materials can remove from the site, if required. 

                  However, if the service is not possible for your destination, we will send you a gift card for a value of €150 to be used on your next purchase.

                  > Delivery zones

                  Shipping is free within the European Union, no matter the amount of your order. (except overseas countries). 

                  For the rest of the world deliveries the amount of the shipping fees are established at a flat rate according to the price of the work from a purchase up to of €7,000. For deliveries outside the EU, you will know the amount of the shipping fees once your address has been entered as you go through the checkout process.

                  All shipments outside the EU can be charged a Value Added Tax (VAT).

                  > Import duties & customs fees

                  Any order shipped outside the European Union will be subject to import duties and customs fees. We have no control over these fees. They are to be paid directly to the transporter, who will contact you either before or after your order is delivered. If you would like to know the amount of to be paid before you place your order, please contact your local customs agent who will be able to tell you the applicable rate and vat.

                  BREXIT:   If you live in the UK, you will need to pay the VAT. For original works of art, the VAT is 20% of the total price of the goods. 

                  If you live in the European Union, you will not have to pay customs fees.

                  > Tracking your order

                  As soon as your order is shipped, we will inform you by email. This email will contain a tracking link which allows you to follow your order every step of the way, all the way up to its delivery.  

                  > Changing your delivery address 

                   Once your order has been confirmed, you can make a change of delivery address (or a clarification of your address, an error to be corrected), which we can take into account without any additional cost, provided that your order has not yet been shipped. It is therefore advisable to communicate it to us as soon as possible.

                  To do this, you can call us on +33 6 31806637 or reach us by email customers@jamesarax.art. In the context of a change of address, We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.

                  > Postpone a delivery 

                  If you are not happy with the expected delivery date, and you are away for a while, we can delay delivery by a few days, or a few weeks. To do this, you can call us on +33 6 31806637 or reach us by email customers@jamesarax.art 


                  > Our return policy 

                  1 ) A defect in the work upon delivery

                  Did you notice a defect when unpacking your new artwork? Contact us immediately by email customers@jamesarax.art. 

                  2 ) You don't like the work after seeing it in person

                  France and EU : You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the work to us, without having to justify any reasons or pay penalties. The price of the purchased work(s) and the shipping costs paid when placing your order will be refunded in full once receipt of the work has been confirmed.
                  We will organize the return and bear the return costs which will either be paid by you and then reimbursed by James Arax or directly paid by James Arax. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

                  For any order delivered outside the European Union (including DOM-TOM):

                  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Do not hesitate to contact us by email customers@jamesarax.art 

                  To start a return, you can contact us at customers@jamesarax.art. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

                  > Damages and issues

                  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective. We make every effort to ensure that your works are delivered in excellent condition, both in terms of their protection during shipment and the transport itself. Despite all of these precautions, a work may arrive damaged or not conforming to its description. These cases are extremely rare, but if you do find yourself in this situation, we have solutions.

                  If you find that the work delivered does not conform to its online description (i.e. has a defect or is damaged) you must immediately inform James Arax via email at customers@jamsarax.art

                  Please indicate the nature of the defect or the extent of the damage and send us any relevant information, including pictures. We will immediately organize for the work to be returned. We will schedule for the work to be collected from your home or place of work, or whatever is easiest for you. We will also cover the shipping costs for all returns within the European Union.

                  You will simply be asked to wrap up the work in its original packaging, not forgetting the invoice and certificate of authenticity that were received in the original package. We will advise that the work be restored or replaced, if possible. If the restoration or replacement of the work is not possible, you will be refunded the full price paid for the work as well as the delivery costs, when applicable.

                  > Deterioration of the artwork.

                  The buyer is considered responsible for any deterioration of the artwork.

                  > Refunds

                  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

                  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. James Arax will organize the return and bear the return costs (which will be paid directly by James Arax) to the carrier. Note that if customs fees have been paid upon receipt by the buyer, they cannot be reimbursed.

                  > Your Invoice & certificate of authenticity

                  All works ordered on Jamesarax.art are delivered with an invoice and a certificate of authenticity that accompanies your work in the package. If, however, the invoice was not in your package, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team so that we can send it to you as soon as possible.
