Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

France&EU : You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the work to us, without having to justify any reasons or pay penalties. The price of the purchased work (s) and the shipping costs paid when placing your order will be refunded in full once receipt of the work has been confirmed.
JA will organize the return and bear the return costs which will either be paid by you and then reimbursed by James Arax Artwork or directly paid by James Arax Artwork).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective. 

Deterioration of the artwork.
The buyer is considered responsible for any deterioration of the artwork.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. James Arax Artwork will organize the return and bear the return costs (which will be paid directly by James Arax Artwork to the carrier. Note that if customs fees have been paid upon receipt by the buyer, they cannot be reimbursed
