These 2 storms ravaged the forests of France, Switzerland, Germany and Denmark. James picked up the pine branches after the storms and kept them to make THE END OFTHE FOREST in 2004 in tribute to the forests. In particular its forest "Le bois d'ARAX" which was seriously affected by the storm.
