DELIVERY OF WORKS
Delivery of the works ordered is made to the address indicated in the order summary form. Each work of art being UNIQUE and we make every effort to ensure that the works you order are sent to you quickly, in a totally secure, protected and insured manner, thanks to our collaboration with the most reliable carriers and adapted to the format and to the fragility of works of art to be transported whether by plane, boat or road.
WHOLE WORDS
We deliver the works all over the world. Security and shipping: for shipments we call on several providers and carriers according to sizes, destinations.
We select the most suitable transporter for the type of work (size, weight, material) and according to the country of destination, with the constant concern of optimizing the protection of the work throughout the duration of the transport.
CARRIERS
We use carriers such as LA POSTE, DHL or UPS. For extraordinary transports (out of format, very fragile, ...), we call on carriers specializing in the delivery of works of art.
DELIVERY DELAY
Depending on the country of destination of the order, we usually deliver the works within 7 days (mainland France) to 10 days (Western Europe and up to 25 days maximum for destinations outside Europe (and overseas departments)
ASSURANCE
Each transport is subject to monitoring and is insured up to the value of the work.
CUSTOMS FEES
Deliveries outside the European Union are subject to customs charges. We have no control over these charges and you must, upon delivery, pay customs charges which correspond to the import tax. These costs will be payable directly to the carrier who will contact you.
If you wish to know the amount of customs charges before placing an order, we invite you to contact the customs officers in your country who can tell you the applicable rate. It is then necessary to add to this tax the administrative costs, the price of which amounts to 15 to 50 € depending on the carriers.
If you live in the European Union, you will not have to pay customs fees.
Tracking control : as soon as your order is shipped, we will notify you by email. This message contains a tracking link to the carrier page, which allows you to follow all the steps of transporting your package to your delivery address. We offer a door-to-door delivery service anywhere in the world including.
The buyer undertakes, upon receipt of the order to check the state of the work, and make any reservations in writing and without delay, at the latest within 48 hours, by email customers@jamesarax.art
CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY ADRESS
You can change your delivery address after confirming the order. Once your order has been confirmed, you can make a change of delivery address (or a clarification of your address, an error to be corrected), which we can take into account without any additional cost, provided that your order has not yet been shipped. It is therefore advisable to communicate it to us as soon as possible.

POSTPONE A DELIVERY
